Ash Wednesday was celebrated at the LTS with the imposition of ashes, to remind us both that because we are sinners who shall return to dust, and to be reminded that because of the cross of Jesus we shall inherit life eternal. With the sign of the cross on his forehead, Rector Winterle addressed the children attending the service.
